研究方向:
(1)基于环境DNA及宏条形码技术的生物多样性及群落结构研究,评估水生生态系统生物多样性组成、变化及人类活动的生态学影响,以期为多样性保护及生态系统健康提供科学数据;
(2)基于粪便DNA及宏条形码技术的食肉动物食性及生态位研究,探讨顶级捕食者对食物网的营养级联调控及食肉动物的共存机制,以期为野生动物的保护和管理提供科学依据。
