2004年毕业于bat365在线唯一官网登录官网,获生物科学专业学士学位;2010年获bat365官网登录入口体育细胞生物学专业博士学位;2011-2017年先后在德国马克斯-普朗克分子植物生理学研究所、英国剑桥大学从事博士后工作。2017年底入职bat365官网登录入口体育细胞增殖与调控生物学教育部重点实验室。讲授本科生必修课程《细胞生物学》、通识课程《探索细胞的奥秘》和研究生课程《细胞骨架系统》,其中参与主讲的《细胞生物学》课程2020年获评为首批国家级一流本科课程;2022年获bat365官网登录入口体育彭年杰出青年教师奖(本科生教学);2023年获bat365官网登录入口体育第十八届青年教师教学基本功比赛本科生教学理科组二等奖、最受学生欢迎奖、bat365在线唯一官网登录官网爱生科奖教金优秀科研奖。主要从事植物细胞骨架和细胞壁方向的研究工作,主持多项国家自然科学基金,作为通讯作者或共同通讯作者在Nature CommunicationsPNASThe Plant CellCell ReportsNew Phytologist等国际一流学术期刊发表论文20余篇;现任细胞增殖与调控生物学教育部重点实验室副主任、Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology (Cell Growth and Division section) 专栏副主编,Biologia Plantarum编委;担任中国细胞生物学学会植物细胞生物学分会委员、中国细胞生物学学会细胞器生物学分会委员、中国细胞生物学学会教育工作委员会委员、中国电镜学会共聚焦专业委员会委员、北京植物学会理事。


主要研究内容


1、植物细胞壁合成的分子调控机理:细胞壁是植物细胞区别于动物细胞的特征性结构之一,在维持植物细胞形态和调控细胞生长等过程中起重要作用,与植物尤其是农作物的株型、抗倒伏性和抗病虫害能力等重要农艺性状密切相关。此外,植物细胞壁具有广泛的工业应用价值,例如其主要成分纤维素不仅是造纸和纺织工业的主要原料,也是可被转化为安全、清洁的可再生能源的生物质资源。本实验室的一个主要方向是研究植物细胞壁中纤维素合成的分子基础,如纤维素合酶复合体新成员的筛选和功能分析、纤维素合酶复合体组装和分泌过程的分子调控机理、细胞壁和细胞骨架之间的相互作用关系等。

2、植物细胞感受和应答机械应力作用的分子机理:植物区别于动物的另一特性是其不具有移动性。为了应对风吹雨打等外界机械刺激,植物具有特异的响应机制来协调其生长发育。本实验室重点筛选和鉴定植物机械应力信号受体,研究细胞壁-细胞膜-细胞骨架连续体在植物细胞应答机械应力中的作用。

3、植物细胞骨架的上游信号通路:细胞骨架是广泛存在于真核细胞中的三维网络结构,在细胞分裂和生长等过程中发挥至关重要的作用。本实验室综合利用细胞生物学、生物化学和遗传学等技术手段研究植物细胞骨架的功能,筛选和鉴定细胞骨架动态变化的上游调控因子,研究这些蛋白质在细胞分裂和生长中的作用。
