2014年获bat365官网登录入口体育生物科学理学学士学位,2019年获bat365官网登录入口体育生态学理学博士学位,2019年-2022年在德国亥姆霍兹联合会感染研究中心(HZI)进行博士后进修。2022年至今在bat365官网登录入口体育生态学研究所工作。以第一作者或共同第一作者在Cell, Molecular Biology & Evolution等国际知名学术期刊发表研究论文多篇。
主要致力于在群体基因组的背景下,利用生物信息学和系统生物学的方法,探究生物的多样性,挖掘生物大数据背后的生物学意义。近年来重点开展了生态与进化生物学背景下的物种形成、基因流与种群动态研究,以及人类群体的遗传/表观遗传调控的差异研究。
